Fall Festivities 2011

Over the course of September and October we were able to take advantage some lovely fall activities- pumpkin picking, hay mazes and, our first "toddler halloween afternoon party."

DiPiero's Farm in Montvale has always been a favorite of Eric and mine they have a great selection of produce, an on premise bakery and all sorts of goodies. Each fall they design a hay maze, sell pumpkins and have a hayride.  When we went, the hayrides hadn't started yet but we mazed it up and enjoyed a lunch on the picnic tables.

We met the Picas one sunny and unseasonably warm Saturday afternoon for apple and pumpkin picking. Eric and James were on a mission to fill up on apples while the kids enjoyed stomping around the pumpkins. A great afternoon!

We made it back to DiPiero's for an afternoon with Mimi, Poppi and Eric's cousin La and her beautiful family.

And finally, a small party for the toddlers in our lives to wear their costumes for more than the hour on Halloween..

we're dealing with 4 toddlers in costumes, it was impossible to get a good shot..
