Stand tall

Audrey's only mission during nap time is to stand in her crib and screech. Evelyn is starting to follow her lead but stays in the kneel position, holding onto the bars of the crib for dear life. I will put them in for their nap, walk away and hear screeches followed by loud 'thud' sounds, which I presume is what a baby falling backward in her crib sounds like.  UPDATE: This morning, I walked in the the girls' room to find them both standing in their cribs, facing each other and screaming at one another. I'll get the camera to document this for you all so you can share the, ahem, 'joy'....

Audrey

This standing now includes chewing the rail.

Big Trouble in Little China

Not only are the teeth on the rise, the skills in the movement department are really taking off. Today, Miss Twin B decided she was ready to climb her way up the gate to a standing position. I nearly fell over when I saw her standing, holding onto the gate, whining in fear. Thankfully, Miss Twin A is still holding steady with her 'military crawl'; I don't think I could handle two standers at once. Thank god for 7:30 bedtime and red wine.
Oh and I apologize for the lack of photos. I have been using the flip video camera mostly these past few days and need to work on some editing before I post. Plus, I need to learn how to post the videos so they are larger and more clear. Thanks for understanding..
