Thanksgiving 2010

Kathy repeatedly out does herself each and every Thanksgiving. This year was extra special for us because it marked the first holiday and time spent with the entire family back in the north.

The food was, as always, amazing and I"ll never even attempt to host a Thanksgiving, so thanks for that, Kath!

Yolanda Aida Bedard

Our loving and spirited Grandmother, Nan, passed away on October 9th 2010 at 92 years old.  Eric was very close to his Nan and we will all miss her very much, we love you, Nan.

Gramps!

 Soon after we returned from our big trip Gramps came for a visit! It was a wonderful transition back to the reality of being in Florida and the help was much appreciated.  

Evelyn and Audrey LOVE Gramps. No offense to anyone else, you all know how much they love you, too--but there's just something about Gramps that gets those girls going. Its so cute to watch the three of them build towers, destroy towers, read, climb, laugh and giggle.. they are quite the threesome!

I forgot to mention, we took the girls on their first carousel ride. I just put Gramps and the girls on and thought I'd standby and take the pictures. Little did I realize that both girls would NOT like the ride and it was practically impossible for Gramps to hold onto both of them. I got on the ride about halfway through. When was the last time you were on a carousel? They are FAST and I didn't like it either, felt a little sick after.. but nothing an ice cream didn't fix!

Final highlights from our trip to the North East, Summer 2010

Because I am so far behind on posts, I combined a bunch of our adventures into one,to put the summer vacation to rest.  In addition to these fun adventures, we had some that were not captured with my camera.  Megan came to visit us, it was so great to catch up in person with Meggie! Carly also came out to the countryside for a playdate which was fun! Both Megan and Carly got to play with the girls and then the adults got to enjoy a glass of vino and gossip. When we went back to NJ, we had a lunch date with the Pica's and Bendjouyas! We tried to make the most of everyday and I think we were successful.
